Led creative and volunteer operations for a 40+ year community meal program in partnership with the Green Bay Packers Give Back. Joined the board in 2016 and delivered a full brand and digital refresh: new website, identity system, event posters, and social content. My role expanded to recruiting and coordinating 200+ volunteers over three days of prep, packing, and delivery across Greater Green Bay. The experience deepened my nonprofit toolkit, from committee-driven decision making to clear communication and logistics under tight timelines.
