Created “Destination Backyard,” an offsite brand experience at CEDIA 2019 when exhibit costs spiked. We partnered with a complementary exhibitor, rented the parking lot across the street, and built a full outdoor showcase that demonstrated product performance better than the show floor allowed. I led creative and branding, exhibit design and sourcing, on-screen content, partner coordination, onsite build and logistics, and all marketing assets pre-, during, and post-event. The result: record lead scans, stronger product demos, and meaningful cost savings by sidestepping show-floor restrictions. The concept became a repeatable playbook we used for several years, until Séura exited the outdoor category.
